With a pragmatic approach, borne of many years experience in Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations across multiple industries at a senior level, Sally’s career has spanned 5* sports and leisure clubs, hotels and restaurants, corporate hospitality, fine dining and contract catering. With experience in sales, marketing, procurement and operations at director level. She is committed, energetic, and adaptable, driven by a desire to continuously improve performance.
Working for large corporations as well as private independent businesses, Sally has repeatedly identified ways to improve the operation of the businesses she was responsible for as well as driving financial benefits, through both tactical methods and sustainable strategic change.
